Inspired by Ogden Nash
I Don't wanna go to work!
The difficulty of transitioning to a Monday,
Is that it immediately follows a Sunday,
It ain't easy to go from a nothing-to-do day,
To a get-everything-done day.

Bandra-Worli Sea Link Trip
Sunday morning, no toll on the BWSL, every Mumbaikar felt the need to explore the much talked about BWSL.
We had an engagement celebration to attend at The Blue Sea Banquet hall on Worli Seaface, the BWSL was the natural choice and the best choice.
We eased on to the BWSL with about an 8 car wait at the notoll booth. Lots of excited faces in our car and the cars around. Once on the link the view was scenic.
I have seen my share of bridges around the world, from the famous Golden Gate Bridge to the not so known Mackinac Bridge, the bridges in London, London Bridge , Tower Bridge, Dartford bridge.
So stating that the BWSL was out of this world and the best bridge ever would be lying. However the bridge was awesome, huge structure, great engineering and the reason I loved it was that it was MINE, an Indian bridge and that made this trip really awesome, finally I was driving on a super structure that was in my city.
Bandra to Worli took us 10 minutes on the bridge and 3 hours later the way back took us 12 minutes (a 3 car pile up cost us the extra 2 minutes). People on the whole were driving slowly, to take in the newness of it all.
I heard later that everybody and their aunts came out to try out the bridge and that there was nothing less than chaos there .. but we escaped it all .....
I loved it.
